鲁栋梁，河南信阳人，博士/教授，海洋化学专业。主要从事海洋科学教学与科研工作，近年来主持参与国家级、省部级及地厅级科研项目16项，教改项目6项。在国内外知名期刊发表学术论文30余篇，授权发明专利2项。
