研究方向:针对海洋环境和生物学问题,基于“One Health”理念,通过 “来源结局通路(SOP)”,融入人工智能(AI)等大数据分析技术,从生态系统、栖息地、海洋生物(包括中华白海豚种群、个体、细胞和基因)和人类干扰因素等不同维度,解读海洋生物和海洋环境的耦合机制,进而提出可持续发展的管理策略。
研究兴趣:1.水产养殖、渔业可持续发展,海洋可持续发展;2.人类活动干扰下海洋生态环境和海洋生物的时空演变;3.北部湾海域指示生物中华白海豚种群基线信息的调研、整理和分析;4.濒危海洋珍稀物种的离体(in vitro)保护和毒理学研究;5.海洋生物对海洋环境的分子适应机制;6.大数据挖掘和人工智能算法(AI)在海洋环境、生态和生物学上的应用;7.人类世(Anthropocene)环境及生物保护的范式。
主持项目:主持结题国家自然科学基金2项(面上项目1项,青年基金1项),主持国家农业农村部项目2项,参与国家级及省市级项目17项。
