一、基本情况
蔡小辉，女，研究员，硕士生导师。2008年6月毕业于广东海洋大学水产养殖专业，获得农学硕士学位。2008年7月-2014年9月于广西海洋研究所海洋生物技术重点实验室工作。2014年9月考取广东海洋大学海洋生物学博士。2017年入职北部湾大学海洋学院，从事鱼类免疫和水产动物病原学研究。现任水产养殖系主任、广西北部湾特色海洋经济动物繁养科技成果转化中试研究基地主任、广西海洋学会副理事。主持在研项目3项，主持完成项目4项，参与完成4项省级项目。以第一作者或通讯作者共发表文章20余篇，授权发明专利4项。指导在读硕士研究生7人。
二、教育与工作经历
1.2001.09-2005.07:于河北科技师范学院攻读水产养殖教育专业攻读学士学位。
2.2005.09-2008.06:于广东海洋大学攻读水产养殖专业硕士学位。
3.2008.07-2014.08:广西壮族自治区海洋研究所海洋生物技术重点实验室工作。
4.2014.09-2017.06:于广东海洋大学攻读海洋生物学专业博士学位。
5.2017.06至今:北部湾大学海洋学院，聘任教学科研岗。
三、教学工作
主讲本科生课程《水产微生物学》《水产动物免疫学》《水产动物疾病学》，以及研究生课程《分子生物学实用技术》《水产动物疾病诊断与防控》等。主持自治区级教改项目2项、校级研究生课程思政示范项目1项，发表教改论文2篇。指导国家级、自治区级大学生创新创业训练计划项目多项。作为指导教师，指导学生获得“挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛“行星”级作品（二等奖）、中国国际“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛广西赛区选拔赛金奖和铜奖、全国渔菁英挑战赛三等奖等多项荣誉。
四、科研方向与业绩
主要从事水产动物流行病学调查、病原致病机制和绿色药物开发研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金地区项目1项、省部级项目3项、市厅级及校级项目多项。以第一作者或通讯作者在 International Journal of Molecular Sciences、Aquaculture、Fish & Shellfish Immunology 等国内外期刊发表论文20余篇，授权发明专利4项。
