一、基本情况

关杰耀,男,研究员,博士,硕士研究生导师,广西大学兼职博士研究生导师。现任海洋学院副院长,广西北部湾海洋生物多样性养护(自治区级)重点实验室主任,海洋科学广西一流学科负责人。

社会兼职:世界自然保护联盟(IUCN)鲎专家组指导委员会执委,IUCN鲎专家组亚太区鲎工作组联合主席,世界自然保护地(WCPA)委员会委员,Frontiers in Marine Science国际学术期刊副主编,中国海洋大学学报(英文版)客座主编,中国生态学学会红树林生态专业委员会委员,中国科协“科普中国”专家,广西水生生物资源保护与管理专家库专家,广西科学传播专家,岭南师范学院红树林研究院学术委员会委员等。

个人荣誉称号:八桂青年学者、广西高校引进海外****“百人计划”、广西高层次E类人才;获2018年度全国水生野生动物保护“海昌技术奖”,2021年度广西“八桂好网民”,2019年度钦州市五一劳动奖章,2018年北部湾大学青年教师教学大赛理科组特等奖,2018-2019年度北部湾大学国际化工作先进个人,2019-2020年度北部湾大学科研工作先进团队等。

三、教学工作

主讲的本科课程包括《海岸带规划与管理》、《数理统计》;公共选修课《学术演讲》、《科学与创新思维》等;主讲的硕士研究生课程包括《论文写作》、《生物统计学》和《科技文献检索》。

四、科研方向与业绩

主要从事海洋生物多样性及珍稀濒危物种研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金2项,广西自然科学基金等。以第一或通讯作者身份在Journal of Environmental Management、Biodiversity & Conservation、Marine Pollution Bulletin等国际学术期刊发表研究论文30余篇,论文被引用600余次;获授权国家专利2件。

自2017年以来,带领北部湾河口生态创新团队开展海洋“活化石”中国鲎种群资源修复技术研究,主要成果包括:(1)明确了广西北部湾鲎核心繁育生境分布格局与环境特征,构建了亚太区鲎幼体种群本底调查方法体系,联合成员单位28家组织“亚太区鲎观测网络计划”,野外观测点33个;(2)研发了实验室仿生态鲎幼体养殖系统,优化鲎苗增养殖技术,提出了鲎科学放流技术框架,在渔业主管部门指导下目前在鲎试剂企业实践应用。相关工作获中国国家地理、新华社、学习强国等主流媒体报道。
